Logicalware is a UK based software company with global customers that has developed a ‘Software as a Service (SaaS)’ or ‘Cloud’ computing based solution for organisations who have to handle large amounts of inbound emails into their service or support departments. Logicalware’s Mailmanager is a hosted, inbound email management solution. The product automates the distribution, tracking and progress of emails from the moment of arrival until completion of the enquiry.
Logicalware have a number of high profile clients and were looking for assistance to help them to grow their business in a highly competitive market place. The areas where assistance was needed were primarily in marketing, especially in research and to help develop new propositions for new market sectors, and in particular Logicalware needed expertise to help them build new channels to market.
Market Transformations, a UK based marketing organisation was engaged because of the company’s experience and background in software and channel marketing. Utilising Market Transformations’ proven ‘Springboard™’ programme, Logicalware was quickly able to develop strong propositions for the chosen segments in mid market businesses. From the proposition a series of programmes were devised that generated interest from a number of different marketing levers, including the web-site, SEO, newsletters and blogging, as well as providing internal sales staff with scripts for their tele-marketing activities which focussed on key customer problems, identified in the proposition build stage.
Logicalware was able to implement many of the programmes themselves utilising in-house staff while Market Transformations provided consultancy and implementation advice to all levels of the organisation. The company is now looking to use Market Transformations for the second phase which is the development and implementation of a new channel strategy for the business to take it to even higher growth rates. Since the involvement of Market Transformations the company has shown monthly growth of 25% overall and developed clients in new markets.
